SAFETY PROTOCOLS AND RIDE STANDARDS AT THE 2021 WNC FLYER

The Blue Ridge Bicycle Club (BRBC) announced early-on Covid-19 restrictions for holding rides. These restrictions are still in place and the parameters we will follow for the 2021 WNC Flyer Ride. We are moving forward as if we are having the event today and putting in safety protocols that would allow us to have our events safely right now. The 2020 WNC Flyer has been cancelled

Dear WNC Flyer riders, After the clear guidance from the governor of North Carolina and local public health officials, it is imperative that we cancel the WNC Flyer for 2020. This is sad and disappointing for us, but it is the right thing to do in the face of the global pandemic. Our club has presented this ride for the past 16 years, in one form or another, and this is the first cancellation.
